Primitive Men's Bracelet?

Hello Everyone,

Newbie here. I have purchased the attached piece and have absolutely no clue or its
origination. There are no Hallmarks or Maker's Marks or material markings. The piece
is non-magnetic and I do think it is sterling. I think, hoping is more like it, the piece
may be primitive. I have more pics if interested in assisting this newbie with any info.
The flower on square part is a screw closure and fully removable.

I would truly appreciate any thoughts or info on this piece.
