The original image was an advertising poster for the Le Chat Noir Cabaret in Paris, circa 1881-1897. However, it's been heavily reproduced and is available for sale on the Internet. You mentioned that your image is small; so what you have is most likely a framed note card or invitation sized reproduction.

In your photos it appears the signatures are on the mat, not on the image. Could you take another photograph with a close-up of the signatures? Your 2 current images aren't clear enough to study them well. Thanks & Happy New Year!
