Bought this at an estate sale and do not know what it is. looks like a piece of the top is off, but if anyone can give me some help, I'd love to know what its called. Sorry the pictues are so dark and some are sideways. Thank you

I am sorry, but the pictures are not helpful. Can you please post additional ones that are lighter and give more information.
