Another one.... What is this?
Can you help me? What is this? I think it is Occupied Japan, but does it have value?

What is it? What is it made of, and how big is it?

The cups are 3 1/2" tall, and 2 1/4" in diameter. The tray is 9 1/4" long. I have no clue what this is or what it is for. I don't know anything about metals, but it is a thin metal. Brenda

Sounds good. Not sure if the original middle cup was gold also, or if there were 2 gold and 1 silver.

My best guess is that it was a sake or drink set. I found something sort of like these in the Worthopedia; a set of 5 or 6 sold for $30 recently. Perhaps that book I suggested for you could give more detail or a sense of value.

Items labeled "Occupied Japan" date to the years immediately after World War II: 1945 - 1952.
