Iron scissors
Does anyone have any knowledge of what period are there scissors from and what is the other item called. They have marking at the other side with "Italy" and "L" at the other side.

A general rule of thumb is that anything with a country of origin marking post dates 1891, the year the American Trade law called the McKinley Act required items being exported to the USA carry country of origin marks. The USA being the largest market at the time European companies were very quick to comply. Your shears probably date from the first quarter of the 20th century. I can't tell from the image what the other piece is, but it's probably related to agricultural use, cutting grapes or olives would be my thought on it.
