Silver Hallmark Question Help?

These are 2 pieces I need help identifying the hallmarks. I can't quite tell one is a very heavy set of square serving bowls that are marked with 3 hallmarks, one could be a crown, or a pineabble, or it even looks like a palm tree! Then a standing left facing horse, then an anchor. The next is a footed tray with fleur des leis feather plumage, a crown, left facing lyon then underneath, is right half standing lion a star and another right half standing lion.
