We don't have a listing for this marking, generally marks of this type were used by either British or American studio's during the early years of the 20th Century. Not of of these studios are very well documented at this time. I could tell you more if you could provide full images of the piece.

At first glance it looks a bit like Arts & Crafts metalware made before World War One, but similar wares were made again in the 1960's and 1980's. Here is a similar modern example of a set from Mexico : http://p2.la-img.com/1512/30630/11992379_1_m.jpg , it sold for $25.00 at auction.
