How can I find out if this was from the Aachen Hotel Quellenhof...during the last days of WW2? It has the brother hepp 90 stamp on the bottom also...thank you for your time

It's hard to say, the piece is Art Deco in style, which still all the rage through WW2, so it's from the right period. There are ways to find out, such as find photo's of the interior of the hotel, but involve more work than the goblet is worth. If such pieces are in the currect style for the period, and have Hotel markings, then yes the chances are good it was in the hotel during the war.
