As a collector of Queen Victoria era trivets I'm not sure how I would feel about adding an item like this to my collection ... but I couldn't afford to anyway, because Queen Victoria's Bloomers actually sold at the November 2011 Lyon & Turnbull Auction for 9,375 pounds ($14,950) — three times the underwear's pre-auction estimate!
