I have looked all over and couldn't find a think on the piano you mention, but I did find this photo of the item in red, which was used as a prop for a photo shoot. The thing comparable from the Worthopedia is a Mary Lu Playthings hand cranking phonograph, which sold for $76 a few months ago. I am sorry I can't be more specifically helpful here. Anyone else have any ideas?
