Branded marks like this generally are not that old, most of them date from the second quarter of the 20th century. I could tell you a good deal more about the table if you could post some images of it and the drawer construction.
i found it , thanks ..................... Charak Furniture Co. Of Boston was a leading 20th-century furniture manufacturer of reproductions of traditional Colonial furniture. Charak thrived through the 1920s and unlike many American furniture manufacturers, survived the Depression of the 1930s.
Although Charak produced reproductions of Early American furniture, their pieces were well crafted. Check out these prices realized from the Worthopedia!

In browsing that Worthopedia link you'll see some more modern designs attributed to Tommi Parzinger for Charak which appear to have been produced mid-century.
