    Confused about registering/ trial membership

    Hi,
    I registered for the trial membership, gave all my info, and received a confirmation email from WorthPoint.
    I thought the trial membership came with the ability to look up prices on a few items, and signed up for the trial with basic membership after 7 days, with the option to cancel.
    In trying to look up items, when I click on "get price", it says I "Do not have sufficient balance to see the Price Data. You can activate your account or buy price look-ups.”
    I also had to enter cc info twice, one card wouldn't take, I don't want to be billed twice later on. Also, when I go to my account settings, my name and other info do not show, it's all blank. But I can sign in okay, and I received the confirmation email from WorthPoint.
    Please help me, thank you!
