confused about membership
I was looking up prices in the research area and used up my five look ups for my trial period. So I joined for $9.99/month and still didn't get any lookups. Don't I get any for $9.99/month? What do I have to do to get p;rice look ups?

Hello,
If you're still in the trial period, you'll need to activate your account in order to start your membership. This will bypass the remaining days of your trial period and give you your 25 look ups. You can activate your account be clicking on "Account Settings" at the top of the page. Then click on the "Billing Info" link and you'll see the "Activate Account" button.
