    Price lookup not working

    I am a current power member and when I look up a price of an item it says:

    "Do not have sufficient balance to see the Price Data
    You can upgrade your account or buy price lookups".
    I was charged for the month on July 9 less than 1 month and have not cancelled my membership.

    Somebody please help.

    I just joined tonight and looked up the item that actually made me want to sign up. It is a Fire King Mug marked Ecuatoriana - an airlines mug. I found it on worthpoint, sold in 2008, beside the price there is just a blue price tag. Am I doing something wrong? I am signed in to my account, so not sure why price is not coming up. Thanks for any help.
