Hi guys, I can't identify the artist for this. Signature says royan/royam? Can you help me out?

I can't make out the signature from the images provided. General rule of thumb though is that oil paintings really require the services of a specialist appraiser in Fine Arts and a physical examination of the painting in question. For a great many artists, even if the signature is legible there is no biographical information or even records of past sales of their work,,the value of such piece determined by the subject matter and the skill with with it was done.
