can anyone tell me it's value? I can't seem to find anything on it.

From the look of it and inscription it was printed as part of a fund raiser for the Washington county committee for African hunger relief and probably sold through churches and Humanitarian groups. I have no listings for this artist's work. Generally prints of this type sell as Decorator pieces for less than $150.00
