Any info on Bell System wooden telephone directory book holder

Hi, I am new to Worthpoint. I have searched all over for info on my directory holder and can't find anything! I found some #'s on it. It also has Queens, Brooklyn, Suffolk and Nassau brass tags for each section and says Bells System on it. The lamp shade has a bell embossed on it. Any body know the year or worth? Or maybe you can point me to a website about this type of item. Thanks for any help. Sheila
