Solingen Germany Keyring

Can anyone provide a date for this Solingen keyring.? It is marked Solingen Germany on the blade. One side has what appears to be mother of pearl. It has a fingernail file and a knife blade. It holds 3 keys. I would also like to know its estimated value.

I believe Solingen is a location or area in Germany and not necessarily one specific manufacturer. There are many knife manufacturers from that place. I have checked out the Worthopedia, and cannot find an identical pocket knife/key chain item to what you have here, but other small mother of pearl detailed Soligen pocket knives seem to sell in the $25-125 price range.
