William Seippel, Chairman
Mr. Seippel has over 25 years of financial and operational experience. He has been involved in the successful negotiating of over 20 acquisitions in his career and played a leading role in structuring complex transactions that have raised $5 billion in capital, two of which received the prestigious Institutional Investor Deal of the Year Award. Mr. Seippel has also served as a consultant to various boards of directors on mergers and acquisitions and strategic business and financial planning. Prior to founding WorthPoint, Mr. Seippel has served as the chief financial officer of MIVA, the vice president and chief financial officer for AirGate PCS, the chief financial officer and chief operating officer for Digital Commerce Corporation, the chief financial officer for Global Telesystems Groups, and the chief financial officer for Landmark Graphics Corporation. Mr. Seippel has a Masters in Business Administration degree from American University. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from George Mason University, where he currently serves on the Advisory Board of the School of Management.
Pete Schleider, CFA
Mr. Schleider has spent all of his working career in the investment business. From 1983 to 1987 he was a hardware and software analyst with L.F. Rothschild, Unterberg, Towbin. From 1987 to 1997, Pete was a partner of Wessels, Arnold & Henderson, an investment banking firm in Minneapolis, MN focusing on technical software. In 1998 Mr. Schleider founded Matrix Capital Management, a hedge fund focused on technology investments. Since 1998, he has been investing his own money as part of RKB Capital, L.P. In 2001, Mr. Schleider and Scott Bedford started Peninsula Technology Fund, L.P. He has a Bachelor of Arts from Trinity University in History and Economics, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Blair C. Fensterstock
Mr. Fensterstock practices primarily in all areas of complex commercial litigation including tax, securities, contracts, employment (primarily for CEO's and CFO's), banking, construction, insurance and re-insurance and defamation. He was appointed liaison counsel on all of the civil cases arising out of the bombing of the World Trade Center (1993), and he authored "The Complaint" in Commercial Litigation in New York State Courts. Mr. Fensterstock acts as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, the Duke Adjudication Center, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He graduated from Bowdoin College (1972), Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa and Columbia Law School (1975), Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
