William Seippel, CEO & Chairman
Mr. Seippel has over 25 years of financial and operational experience. He has been involved in the successful negotiating of over 20 acquisitions in his career and played a leading role in structuring complex transactions that have raised $5 billion in capital, two of which received the prestigious Institutional Investor Deal of the Year Award. Mr. Seippel has also served as a consultant to various boards of directors on mergers and acquisitions and strategic business and financial planning. Prior to founding WorthPoint, he has served as the chief financial officer of MIVA, the vice president and chief financial officer for AirGate PCS, the chief financial officer and chief operating officer for Digital Commerce Corporation, the chief financial officer for Global Telesystems Groups, and the chief financial officer for Landmark Graphics Corporation. Mr. Seippel has a Masters in Business Administration degree from American University. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from George Mason University, where he currently serves on the Advisory Board of the School of Management.

Thom Pattie, Vice President and Chief Worthologist
Mr. Pattie has worked in the appraisal, antiques and auction industries for 40 years. He started and led Bull Run Auctions in Manassas, VA, tripling its revenue in five years. Mr. Pattie has managed other regional auction houses serving the Mid Atlantic States, and also performed onsite appraisals across the U.S. for international auction houses. He has been an estate specialist and a business development professional in the industry. Mr. Pattie has taught college courses on appraising antiques, has been a licensed auctioneer for 35 years, is a qualified expert witness in his field, and is a member of the National Auctioneers Association and the Virginia Auctioneers Association. Previously, he was a member of the International Society of Appraisers and the New England Appraisers Association. Mr. Pattie has taught college accredited courses in antique appraising at the Northern Virginia Community College, and has completed numerous ISA appraisal courses. He has done the Road Show Appraisals to benefit the Manassas Museum for over eight years and has generously contributed his auctioneering and appraisal talents to benefit numerous other charitable institutions.

David Palmer, Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Mr. Palmer comes to WorthPoint from a distinguished career in telecommunications and broadband sales management and business development. He is Founder and President of TrueBroadband, a consulting firm focused on delivering network services to business clients. Previously, Mr. Palmer pioneered teledensity in Jamaica, WI for MiPhone, was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Memphis Networx, and was Vice President of Sales at Evolution Networks -- an innovative, venture-backed, broadband startup. Mr. Palmer’s prior experience includes four years as director of Global Marketing and Strategic accounts for GTE, where he built a team to generate hundreds of millions in new annual revenue from Fortune 100 enterprises. His 17 years at MCI culminated as Vice President of Carrier Business and Special Accounts for the Southeast USA Division. Mr. Palmer earned his BS in Mathematics and Physics at Clark Atlanta University. He is, and has been, active in numerous nonprofit endeavors, including the American Marketing Association, the Prairie View A&M University Black Families Symposium, and service as the Houston District Commissioner of the Boy Scouts of America.

Dave Maggio, CFO
Mr. Maggio has over 24 years experience in evaluating, structuring, negotiating and executing mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and alliances, private financings (equity and debt), and strategic advisory services. He has specialized in advising private company’s and shareholders from the equity funding stage through the ultimate exit strategy development and execution. Mr. Maggio has a broad range of industry experience and has advised both public and private companies on transactions and strategies in the US, Europe and Asia. He has advised companies in the technology industries including semiconductor equipment, telecommunications, software and display technologies, as well as business services, retail, energy, and industrial equipment. Mr. Maggio was formerly the CEO of an Internet software development company and has held senior positions in regional investment banking organizations. He was with Pricewaterhouse / PricewaterhouseCoopers for almost 15 years. Mr. Maggio has an B.S. Degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University and is a CPA.
