How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, please follow the instructions below:
1. Go to http://www.worthpoint.com/
2. Sign in to your account using your email and/or username and password
3. Click on your name in the upper right corner of the screen
4. Click “Billing Info”*
5. Click the “Unsubscribe” button
6. The survey must be completed in order to complete the cancellation process
*If you do not see a "Billing Info" tab in your account settings, please make sure you are signed into the correct active account. If you are still not able to cancel your account correctly, please contact WorthPoint support at support@worthpoint.com
