45 Star Folk Art flag

A most unusual authentic 45 star flag dated about 1900, it was actually the background for a talented amateur embroiderer. Each red and white stripe is over sewn with yarn along with the blue canton and white stars. A cut paper eagle sits atop the flag and embroidered around it. Wonderful folk art.
