You are bidding on a wonderful perfume tray from the 1930's. It is very beautiful tray with a deco lady in the middle. T is gold wear along the top edge bottle of the tray and some of the base color blue is worn as shown in the photos. Probably w bottles were placed but the great thing about the blue wear is it can be covered with your bottles. This is very rare and the only Noritake perfume tray I've seen in my 20+ years of buying and selling antiques. T are no chips or cracks. It is 8 3/8" long and 5 5/8" wide with a lip of about a 1/4" tall. I'm afraid I did not capture the real beauty of this tray as the blue is more like a powdered blue. If you think you like it from these photos, you'll love it in person. As I said earlier, the blue is softer than the photos show. It is marked "Noritke" on the bottom of the tray.
