Dave and Adam's Cardworld will be donating all the proceeds to the family and to the trust that has been set up for his child. We are a New York State business and by law are required to add 8.75% sales tax to all packages shipped within New York State. The following methods of payment are accepted:

United States:

Orders under $500: We accept Confirmed Paypal, Check, Money Order, Credit Card (All Major Types), and Bank Wire.

Orders over $500: We accept Money Orders, Checks (which will be held for 10 business days), Confirmed PayPal ONLY, and all Major Credit Cards. For Credit Card payment over $500 we require a copy of driver's license as well as a copy of the credit card being charged.

International Payments:

All Orders: We prefer Money Orders and Bank Wire. We also accept verified PayPal.
