The closed toe design continues to help efficiently increase leverage and gives him the much needed control he seeks every time he rides. This boot has been modified for ’08 to fit the foot better, giving even more control than last season. Also new for ’08, his boot incorporates our new Response Plate System, which gives the Shane boot more strength and more boot to board response than ever imagined! Always wanting his boots to be a little softer in flex than others, we designed Shane’s overlay with a bit more flex than our other high end boots. Shane’s boot also comes in an open toed version. Although Shane still prefers the locked down feel of his closed-toe boot, he wanted to give those that prefer to let their feet breathe an open-toed version so they could experience the soft and flexible performance of this boot.
