1:200 scale metal diecast model by JetWings of the four-engine Dan Air DeHavilland Comet 4C, the first passenger jetliner that went into service in 1952 (not this particular version of the Comet). Very detailed metal diecast model goes well with other 1:200 models by Herpa, Inflight 200, Phoenix, Hogan, and Starjets. Features realistic landing gear with rubber tires and detailed printed graphics. Please view my other auctions for other great metal and plastic diecast models by the various 1/200 manufacturers..
DISCLAIMER: Not that this has been an issue in the past, but I do want to make the winning buyer aware that the model is as pictured and described--nothing flawed, broken and/or missing unless otherwised noted. Some of these models--particularly Western models--are susceptible to breaking landing gear or other appendages (props, antennaes, etc) because of the materials used and/or because of the way they are originally packaged. I do not want to be held responsible for breakage during shipment; once the model leaves my possession and is turned over to the shipper. T hus, I would strongly suggest the purchase of insurance. I will do everything within reason to securely package every model to protect it and preserve intact until it reaches its destination. But once it leaves my hands, the buyer assumes responsibility. Thank you.
