FROM ESTATE: Vintage & classic, unusual 10" DIVE KNIFE+ ABS SHEATH, still in very good overall condition, composed of a dagger style, stainless steel blade of 4 1/2" OAL with line hook on 3/16th inch thick spine, plus black ABS handle & sheath, from back in the 1980s era. Classic Dive Knife is still in excellent overall condition with blade & sheath carrying the old "Aqua-Lung / U.S.Divers" logo on each. The full tang, stainless steel blade features a hollow ground edge from about horizontal midpoint, with upper portion solid but for the line / wire hook along flat spine Blade is sharply dagger pointed and appears to have never been used or sharpened in any case. The full tang blade runs completely through the handle, and fits perfectly & securely into the oddly marked (Aqua-Lung logo?) black ABS sheath. Blade unlocks from sheath via thumb activated lock on front as well. Hnadle is deeply annulated for secure grip in the hand when underwater of course, and measures about 5" long by 1 1/2" wide and is about 3/4 inch in thickness. Sheath measures approx. 5 5/8" high by about 1 1/4" in thickness, and holds the blade securely without wobble or looseness. Backside has twin 1 1/4" leg strap loops at top & bottom, for use when worn on leg or forearm of course. And yes, you'll need to get new straps if you intend to dive with this beauty. read more
