You will be bidding on 1 Lot of Used Victorinox Swiss Army Knives (50 Total). These are the larger size swiss army knives and 17 have company names/logos. The blades on these knives have not been sharpened, and some of these knives will need to be cleaned. These knives are complete and in good condition.

This sale is being conducted for the purpose of disposing of Surplus Property no longer useful to the State of South Carolina. All Property Is Sold As Is And W Is. Some items may be broken, worn badly, or missing parts. The State of South Carolina makes absolutely no warranty on any items sold. We will provide the best description possible for each item. The winning bid shall be considered an agreement to buy and is final. Consideration of Bid. South Carolina Surplus Property reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to withdraw from sale of any items listed. Payment for auction items must be received within ten (10) business days from close of the auction. After Surplus Property has received payment in full, you will have ten (10) business days to remove all items sold. The buyer is also responsible for securing and transporting purchased property; to include all costs and risks associated with removal. Some items we will ship. The items will be shipped out immediately, and the buyer will pay all shipping and handling fees. The shipping and handling fees can be estimated on our eBay auction page. The methods of payment are MasterCard / Visa, cashiers check, money order or the exact amount cash paid in the office. In-State checks will be accepted in person with a valid South Carolina driver's license. All credit card users will need to call our office to have their credit card processed ). If you are the winning bidder, please send a printout copy of your eBay notification of award, name and phone number, along with either a Cashier's Check or Money Order, made payable to The State of South Carolina , and mail to the Surplus Property Office, 1441 Boston Ave, West Columbia, SC 29170. Please include 6% (SC Residents) Sales Tax in the total amount of payment, unless exempt. If you or your business has a sales tax exemption certificate, you must include a copy of this with your payment or the tax amount will be assessed. The tax-exempt certificate is required; the tax-exempt number is not enough. Please include all shipping and handling fees in your payment. Some items picked up at our warehouse do incur handling fees. If the purchaser has a valid resale tax ID number a copy must be sent or presented with payment. Farmers purchasing farm equipment must inform Surplus Property of their status. All winning bidders picking up items at our warehouse must schedule a pick up time with the SC Surplus Property Office, call .
