The Poverello Center has a Non profit thrift store, all of our items are donated, tfore; most of the items we place on line will be used. We do not list cracked or chipped glass items unless stated in the listing. We measure all clothing and use those measurements for listings tfore tags may not read the same as the actual measurements. All clothing will have no tears, stains, missing buttons or areas of wear unless stated or as part of the style.

Payment Information
We accept PayPal, money orders and cashier's checks. Note: If you do not receive an email invoice within 48 hours of the auction end, please check your bulk email folder as a spam filter may have prevented it from reaching your primary in-box. Checkout must be completed within 7 days of the close of auction and all payments must be made within this time period. If payment is NOT received within these time periods, all orders will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed. Should Bidder require a reasonable extension of time to pay, Bidder MUST contact The Poverello Center before the end of the 7th day. We require insurance on all GLASS items shipped. We ship using and you are automatically notified when label is printed. Please understand once an item is shipped it was your shipping charges used to pay for shipping and will not be refunded.
Shipping Information
All items are shipped via (USPS) at Buyer's expense. The final decision as to the method of shipping shall remain in the seller's sole discretion. Our Shipping and Packing charges are determined by the package size and shipped weight of the item. Items are prepared for shipment in our store and include first-quality materials and professional packing services. Our packing fees are designed to cover these costs. Buyer pays all shipping expenses, which are based on zip code and weight. Merchandise usually ships within 5-7 business days of payment confirmation. USPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please also note that large and irregularly shaped items may take longer to ship. Seller reserves the right to adjust shipping charges. International shipments will be calculated and added to invoice;

Local Pickup

Please contact us at if you would like to arrange pick up of your item at our Ft. Lauderdale store. All local pick-ups will be charged 6% Florida State tax and a $5.00 handling fee per auction.
Return Information
All items are sold AS IS. Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was grossly not as described in the auction. Buyer must contact us to initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the item.
