This auction features the ULTIMATE Majorica Pearl Necklace! It is a double strand, of 10 1/2mm, knotted pearls.It measures 20" in length! T is a total of 82 pearls, each in Excellent Condition, with Fabulous, Colorful Lustre! This piece was recently purchased from the estate of the original owner, and has the signature "M" tag on the clasp. On the "M" tag, it reads, "MAJORICA" , "925" , "M. IN SPAIN". The mabe pearl clasp is tight and secure, and is also marked. The strand graduates, with the longest strand having 43 pearls, and the second , inside, strand having 39 pearls. This piece is in immaculate condition, with not even so much as a soiled clasp, pearl,or knot.Even at the neck area! This strand was purchased in Spain on a trip to Europe in the 1960's.It truly does not look as though it has ever been worn.No reserve on this auction.
