RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

T are two circumstances when we will consider a return of the item purchased:

These are:

1. If t has been a material error in description (ex. we have overlooked or failed to state damage or restoration), and the buyer has advised us within 72 hours of receiving the shipment.

2. If we have made a material error in dating (of an antique item), and that error is evidenced in writing by one of the authorities referred to in the following "Warranty On Antiques".

WARRANTY ON ANTIQUES:

All items sold by Heritage Estates are guaranteed to be of the age or period stated in the listing (with areas of restoration excepted), but to qualify for a refund, you must provide us with written evidence from either:

(a) Christie's or Sotheby's Asian Art specialists, or

(b) A curator of Oriental arts at any major museum, or

(d) A recognized testing laboratory using recognized scientific testing procedures. (Ex. Thermo luminescence).

In the unlikely event that we have made a mistake, we will always refund the full purchase price. Under no circumstances will we accept claims for any test fees incurred, consequential losses, or damages of any kind

The flat shipping cost quoted above applies to US & Canada only.

If outside US & Canada: please email us for exact shipping cost.

You can avoid all shipping costs by picking up the item at our location. Also, if you are within a 100 mile radius, we may hand deliver the item to you. Please contact us for details.

To minimize any risk of damage, all items are professionally packed. Any packing materials purchased for the purpose of shipping are included in the post and packing estimate above.
