10 cent coin op Sandy horse kiddie ride

10 cent Sandy horse that as a few signs of age, but is in good condition. The Good: The ride works great and I put a new belt on it recently. The horse is metal and looks good with some chips in the paint as would be expected. The leather saddle is nice but I seriously doubt it is the original. I was told that a wood shop teacher made the wood sides and top on the base and it really does look nice. The machine has an on/off switch installed on the back and used for free play. It was in a private home until I acquired it. The bad: The coin box has been removed at some point in it's life, but I have one that I will include in the auction that you can use if you want to put it back on. You will need to supply the pipe to attach it to the base. The leather saddle has the stirrup broken off of the right side of the machine. I have the stirrup, but it is not attached. The "Y" in the Sandy script has a split and it is not really all that noticeable when the bolt is tightened and pushed in place, but I want to describe this machine as accurately as possible. For around a 50 year old ride, that's not bad! I posted some more pics of the inside of the horse and was asked about the bottom of the base. The base has the same wood on the bottom on the base as it has on the top and sides. The horse does not play music. Email if you want to see a video of it working. I can help with local delivery or use the shipper of your choice. I can strap the machine to a pallet for $50 and drop it off at a local freight terminal. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
