(10) Imperfect Theropod Teeth These ten small to large carnivore teeth all have imperfections. The two largest teeth are from the dinosaur Nanotyrannus Lancensis, the pygmy Tyrannosaur. The other eight teeth come from the raptor Dromaeosaurus. Dromaeosaurus was a medium sized carnivore whose name means "swift running lizard". The two Nanotyrannus teeth were both found in two pieces. The teeth fit back together nicely and were stabilized. Three of the Dromaeosaurus teeth were found in two pieces that went back together perfectly and were then stabilized. A couple of the teeth have light plant root etchings. Most of the teeth have great enamel and serrations present. The ten teeth all have a dark brown coloration and great detail, all around a nice group of raptor teeth. The largest tooth (Nanotyrannus) measures: 7/16" of an inch wide by 1 1/8" inches in length. The smallest tooth (Dromaeosaurus) measures: 1/4" of an inch wide by 9/16" of an inch in length. This nice group of ten carnivore teeth were dug out of a microsite in the Hell Creek Formation of Carter County, Montana. These ten theropod teeth were collected on private ranch land with the owner's permission. _______________________________________________________________ Seller Ships Worldwide USPS Priority Mail US $7.00/ International $27.00 Fast Shipping! ______________________________________________________________ Visit the Hooley's Monthly Auction...listing the first Sunday every Month!
