The winning bidder can choose 10 houses out of the numbers listed below. #14, 15, 16, 23, 25, 26, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 35, 36, 40, 41, 42, 43, 45, 49, 50, 51, 52, 55, 56, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 68, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 78, 81, 84 and 89 . I ship worldwide with priority airmail. Shipping costs are at 6.20 € within the Netherlands, 11.25 € inside the European Community and 28 $ to the rest of the world. If the winning bidder is within the EC an appropriate discount on shipping will be given. Insurance and track and trace is suggested and offered at only 5$ extra. The pictures are not representing the houses on sale. Please ask questions if something is not clear. Returns are accepted if my description is wrong. Shipping cost will allways be for the buyer.I wrap every houses in bubble plastic and had never problems in transport. In case of damage by the shipper it can never be my responsibility.
