Each unit has been tested and fine. The screens are all good. The only thing wrong with these units is that they are missing their battery tabs inside the battery box. If you look at the pictures there are no connectors that touch the Double-A batteries. These units were modified for store displays. When in the display they were hard wired with power from a external power source. The units function fine when plugged in to a ac adapter. I will include one Ac adapter, one stylus, and at least one demo cartridge so you can test the units. I do have a large quantity of these Leapsters so let me know if you want more. These units are being sold for parts because of the lack of battery tabs. If you have bad units with tabs these would be great! I have been told by one customer that Double-A battery packs work fine on these units, but rechargeable packs do not. I have not been able to verify this.
