An amazing set of 108 unpublished Kodak film photo proofs from a September 17, 1960 Senator John F. Kennedy for President large rally and speech at the Highpoint Airport in Greensboro, Forsyth County, North Carolina (please see the description of the photos below). Also included is a 7 x 9 print of one of the 108 photos showing a smiling Senator John F. Kennedy looking straight into the camera shortly after getting off the plane with a crowd of people around him and the American Airlines airplane in the background. These photos were taken during the height of the Presidential campaign, about six or seven weeks before Kennedy was elected President. Over 40 of the photos are candid probably never seen before photos of Senator John F. Kennedy on the Presidential campaign trail. Rarely do this many unpublished photos of President Kennedy show up and no doubt this is a very scarce if not rare set of 1960 John F, Kennedy campaign photos. The photos show Kennedy supporters holding signs that state "FORSYTH FOR KENNEDY AND JOHNSON" and "FORSYTH DEMOCRATS ALL THE WAY". The back of one of the proofs has a pencil notation stating "SEPTEMBER 17, 1960 GREENBORO - HIGHPOINT AIRPORT ". The rally was held in Forsyth County North Carolina .
