I purchased this pretty little heart from a lady who lives in Phoenix. This was one of many gifts that she no longer wears. These days, more & more unusal items are coming in. Pre-owned piece, genuine round rubies that are hand set with white gold in between each one to give the illusion of diamonds Specifics: 1.10 grams 10K gold total weight.
