A lovely vintage MGM publicity photograph of Hedy Lamarr, promoting her 1944 film, "The Heavenly Body," co-starring William Powell and directed by Alexander Hall. This Photo is 11 by 14 inches, glossy finish, double weight paper, with a printed caption about the film on the back. By Lazlo Willinger, his credit stamp does not appear on the back of photo but he did make all the photos from this MGM series promoting this film. I have others from this series that do have his credit stamp. In very nice condition with wonderful tones, some minor surface scuffing and t , not noticable when photo is viewed straight on, a beautiful photo. Her sultry beauty is so evident in this photograph. And this one shows her lovely legs! This is the photograph that appeared on the cover of the Spanish language film magazine "Cine - Mundial" (Film World), published November 1943, out of New York City. ****Full copy of magazine included in this lot.*** This is a vintage photograph not any sort of modern reprint.
