C.Ahrenfeldt Depose Dishes Limoges France pour C. Reizenstein Eleven plates 8 3/4 inches (22cm) diameter. A gold etched band encircles the plate with an inside double gold band. The aqua/green and pink flowers have black leaves and are enhanced by a gold vine pattern. C. Ahrenfeldt decorated china in Limoges circa 1884, after his death in 1893, his son, Charles J. carried on the business established by his Father. These plates are double marked and show a green Limoges Depose mark with a CA and zig zig lines ending in arrows together with another stamp denoting that they were made by C. Ahrenfeldt for C. Reizenstein, Pittsburgh-Allegheny.
