(Last 2 are unmarked but similar, so maybe early pieces?) All are in very good condition but are pre-owned and show slight wear, nothing major. (1) "The Giant Dipper Roller Coaster", Santa Cruz Beach, CA. Dated 1997. (2) "Port of Carmel" Carmel-by-the-sea, Carmel, CA. Dated 1995. (3) "Mark Abbott Memorial Lighthouse Surfing Museum", Santa Cruz, CA. Dated 1994. (4) "Capitola Village Between Santa Cruz and Carmel", California By the Sea. Dated 1994. (5) "Old Town Trolley Tours" San Diego, CA. Dated 1999. (6) "Bath House" Chippeaw Lake series. Dated 1993. (7) "1999 - 2000 Tree of Hope", to benefit World Vision. Dated 1999. (8) "Golden Lamb Buttery", Fall series. Dated 1986. (9) "Summit County Courthouse" Breckenridge, CO, erected 1909. Custom made for Creatures Great & Small. Dated 1995. (10) Red and green house. Not marked Cat's Meow, painted on front only. (11) White church. Not marked Cat's Meow, painted on front only. **PACKAGE WILL BE HEAVY, SO PLEASE CHECK SHIPPING OPTIONS CAREFULLY. Items selling for under $25 will not be insured unless you add $1.75 to your payment for insurance. * * *I recycle and reuse clean packing materials and boxes as much as possible. But I also have to buy these supplies. Therefore I charge a small fee (usually .50 cents to $2) to cover these expenses. This is included in the shipping quote.* * *Smoke-free home.* * *Most of my items are used unless otherwise stated. I do a light cleaning and leave the intricate cleaning / polishing / etc. for the new owner.
