This is a Scott #11 Position 33L1L Experimental Orange Brown Shade 3c Imperf Washington Issue with a Black Circular Town Cancel in Very Fine Condition. For centering and margin conditions see pictures. This is a real beauty that I purchased on Ebay several years ago from Bill Amonette, a very well noted cataloger of the Philatelic Community. The 1st picture description is his writing, not mine, that came with the stamp. This stamp has 4 margins all around and is clear and close at the top left corner. It has NO FAULTS with extra fine color and a very clean back with a pencil notation specifying 33L1L. An absolute beauty of this rare shade of #11 with a high catalog value.
