11 vintage postcards factories- Hammond, Indiana This is a group of, mostly, factory scenes from my collection of old postcards with images of Hammond, Indiana. Please see my other auctions for other Hammond items. A few look like real photographs. Some of the postcards may appear to have "patterns" on them rather than smooth areas of color-this is caused by my scanner and does NOT appear on the actual postcard. 1. "East Hammond Standard Car Works, Hammond, Ind" 1909, writing on back, no stamp never mailed 2. "4629 Betz & Reid Murdoch Factories, Hammond, Ind" 1913, writing on back, stamp has been removed 3. "Branch of the American Steel Foundries, Hammond, Ind -9" unused 4. "Frank S. Betz Co., Hammond, Ind" 1924, writing on back, 1 cent stamp 5. "Nickel Plate Railroad Bridge, Hammond, Ind" 1909, writing on back, 1 cent stamp 6. real photo of "Western Glucose Co" 1909, back is postmarked from Hammond, Ind . I'm not certain if this was a Hammond factory. 7. "Filtration Plant, Hammond, Indiana" unused 8. "The F. S. Betz Co., Hammond, Ind" I can't make out postmark, writing on back, 1 cent stamp has been removed, mailing marks on front 9. "The W. B. Conkey Co., Hammond, Ind" 1914, writing on back, 1 cent stamp 10. "New Elevator of Chapin & Co. Hammond, Ind Jan. 1 1912" back has lettering"Chapin & Co Mfrs. of Feed Hammond, Ind AJAX FLAKES UNICORN DAIRY RATION" unused 11. "4618 Hammond Brewing Company, Hammond, Ind" address on back , no stamp, never mailedTerms : All items are used and sold without warranty and as is unless specifically stated otherwise in the auction description.Shipping : To determine shipping costs use the eBay shipping calculator below. I will ship to USA addresses ONLY (note: no APO addresses).Payment : I accept payment by money order, Paypal, or check, but checks must clear before shipment is made.
