Up for auction is a beautiful set of 11 Haviland & Co., Limoges, France 2 handled Bouillon/Cream Soup Cups with Underliners/Saucers. Under each Cup & Saucer is inscribed: "Haviland France, Haviland & Co Limoges Pour Koch & Braunstein, Cincinnati, O." The cups are a fine, transluscent white porcelain with gold handles, gold trim at the rim and base as well as a solid and braided gold line. They are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, stains and only the most minute sign of use. The saucers do show moderate, and on some plates heavy wear, to the inner braided gold line and 2 of the saucers have a small chip on the rim. An excellent addition to your collection.
