This is a set of 11 service plates, estimated age is the 1920's, featuring a geisha in a black kimono in the center [G9717]. They are fine china, made by Royal Doulton, and measure 10-1/2" in diameter. The aqua blue color in the design is a bit raised, as it is applied enameling.
These are in good condition, with no chips or cracks, but some have significant wear to the gold on the geisha and to the background pagodas. Buyer to pay shipping and insurance.
