This is an auction for a set of 12 Silverplate Spoons by 1847 Rogers Bros (International) in the highly collectible " Vintage" pattern~~~ the grapes and leaves design is very pretty. Each spoon measures approximately 5 3/4" in length and features no monogram or evidence tof. These spoons are in excellent condition for their age, they were made in 1904 according to our book on Silverplate Flatware by Tere Hagan. They weigh a nice 315.1 grams on our own little home jewelry scale, but of course, they are silverplate. Each spoon is marked 1847 Rogers Bros and XS Triple. They could only benefit from a light polishing as they have some slight tarnish. Maybe they would make a nice addition to your Vintage Pattern! We are selling other pieces of antique "Vintage" on other separate auctions today as well. We only photographed ten spoons, sorry, I found two under the felt that my daughter used to photograph them. Tfore, t are 12 spoons in this auction, not just the ten photographed. SHIPPING AND HANDLING: Shippingand handling will be $6.50 for USPS priority mail in a box, unlessotherwise directed. Insurance can be added for $1.65 for up to $50.00 worth of coverage, or $2.05 for up to $100.00 worth of coverage and so on.
