is a military type satchel made of canvas and certainly has the color of WWll era canvas also it is marked W.L.C. 1942 (see pic) either this is a satchel for the Harley Davidson 1942 WLC manual ot t is a unit called the W.L.C. I do not know about neither does google. So this is probably early Harley memorabillia lets hope so I am sure I will hear if it isn't High bid pays 5.00 priority .Note rough shape this was actually used in the field .thanks Mike
