Set of twelve Royal Doulton dinner plates with a rose garland - deco pattern w/an outer gold rim - made for J.E.Caldwell of Philadelphia. 10 1/2" diameter. Marked as shown in photo w/ Doultom mark. There are also pencil marks under-glaze on each plate - see photo. The plates are in good condition - no chips or cracks. The plates do have varying degrees of utensil marks on the center white area - the actual pattern/decoration is in very good condition.
