This lot consists of 125 or so grams of 950 Silver. It was a pair of candle holders, both marked Sterling 950 on the bottom. I took apart the one that was already damaged to get the silver weight. It had a lump of melted lead inside, which I removed, then weighed it. The destroyed one weighs 63.7 grams, so I just doubled that to estimate total silver weight for the pair. The silver is thicker than your typical weighted candle holders. There is a small amount of residual lead attached to the inside surface of the one I took apart, only where the molten lead touched, as it was mostly hollow. I wouldn't think it would weigh more than a gram or so. Honestly, it was a pain to take the first one apart, so I will ship the other one still intact. Both for one price.
