1/1250 Navis HMS Hampshire Armoured Cruiser right after the Battle of Jutland early June 1916. She was sent with the British Secretary of War Field Marshal Lord Kitchener on a secret mission to Russia. But as she neared Orkney Island north of Scotland she struck a mine in heavy seas. Out of 655 crewmen only 12 survived. All of Lord Kitchener's staff as well as the man himself were lost.The Hampshire was one of 6 Antrim Class Armoured Cruisers, HMS Antrim,Argyle,Carnarvon, Devonshire, Roxburgh and Hampshire.She was 473.6 feet long and 68.6 feet wide .Commissioned in 7/15/05 She was armed with 4X7.5 " 6X6" and 2X12 pounders guns. Plus two 18" torpedo tubes. Prior to WW1 she was on the China Station between 1912 and 1914,I have depicted her in Dazzle Camouflage per a painting, Colours are White, Dark Grey and mid Blue Grey.
