Hello everyone! You are looking at a 1:1250 scale Albatros model of the RMS Britannic. This ship was the sister ship to the Titanic and Olympic. Being launched in 1915, she never serviced civilian passengers. She was used as a hospital ship and sank after striking a mine in 1916. This model is in near mint condition, with the exception being that the model has a small "waivy" waterline paint flaw near the port bow(came from Albatros that way- you can see it if you enlarge the first picture). The model measures 8 3/8 inches long x 7/8 inches wide. I have owned this model for over 20 years and now it's time for someone else to enjoy it. It would make a nice addition to anyone's collection. All care will be taken when packaging for shipment. Thanks for looking!
